The Judge in the Msft case wants to go directly to the Supreme Court. He does not want to disturb the economy. Hm""

Sonnym could you please explain this???

In Europe, both in corporate and civil cases, from the moment the trial judge hands down the sentence, the sentence is applied with the immidiate effect. In civil cases one pays the fine and then appeals! In crininal cases
the accused goes to jail and then he appeals! How does it work in the US? If Judge Jackson decides to break up MSFT immidiatelt, can he do it?
