hi bj,

this should be relatively painless... <g3>

with ie open, click on 'tools', then 'internet options', then on the tab that says 'programs'. place a check mark in the box that says 'ie should check to see if it is the default browser'.

click 'apply', then ok and close ie.

next time you reopen ie, you'll get a dialog that asks if you want to make ie your default browser. say yes. and you can uncheck the box that says 'always check, etc.'.

that should set you up. if not, let us know.
