Once again, the same old observation that is made on most of these attacks. When it matures, it's someone clearing through Herzog et al, collaborating with ECN sellers. Today it was Instanet until crunch time, but the typical picture matured..... several additional ECN sellers hitting simultaneously.

The kingpin for most of these attacks is someone that clears through Herzog et al. If this sort of coordinated attack is legal, it shouldn't be.

However, it just results in cheap shares, and they've made serious mistakes in the past. We'll see if this is just another opportunity. Given the breadth of activities at NBIX, it's difficult for me to regard it as anything but.

Next breath..... crystal ball is in fix-it shop.
