I don't really know "where the stock belongs", and there is a good chance that this rally could get it all the way to at least the $24 area, but since I see this rally in general lasting for no more than another two weeks or (with NAZ being stopped between 4400 and just under 4600), I feel that an opportunity to reposition myself at lower prices will come along and sold at $19.75 the position just acquired yesterday at fire sale prices.
