Clecs and Copper Pairs.
I trying to understand how the Clecs get access to the copper pairs. Given my hazy understanding the copper pairs come in to the CO in binder groups. Do they then physically take the two wires and terminate them on the CLEC's co-located cabinet? Do they have to physically take them off one punch down block and move them to another? If so who is responsible for removing bridge taps or god forbid load coils.
If anyone could point me at a resource to read and increase my woeful lack of knowledge I would be grateful.

Thks,
Gord
