For me the fate of BXM was sealed last week with reports of Mr. Felderhof in the Caymans. Only two kinds of people go to the Caymans, those carrying luggage full of money and those carrying diving tanks to explore the infamous wall. Since we know he is not a diver, it appears he was probably there putting his money deeper in the sand, making it harder to confiscate. If he truly believed that the gold was there he would have remained at the Busang to accept the accolades. If the gold was not there and it could be proved he was part of a conspiracy, the specter of jail term in Indonesia was very real. It now appears he was on the first available plane out. Heads are going to roll over this debacle, not only in Indonesia, but also in Canada.
