Keith, I'm in the same spot as regards DENT. With HERBB, I figured getting the financing for HERBB should be very easy. But they've postponed the stock vote 3 or 4 times - it's been a 3 month delay -- they say because of financing difficulties. Meanwhile, with interest rates rising, financing is getting more expensive. Not saying I'm right to sell --I just lost patience and faith. Being in KROG at the same time doesn't help. Both companies with less-than-forthright management who are promoting their own buyouts
