Gord/lml- Well about the only detail I can confirm is the above. I've just read of a couple of CLECs complaining to the FCC about delays by an ILEC in getting the twisted pair prepped/conditioned for the CLECs rollout of DSL. I think it was Bell Atlantic of all people. I remembered it because it was ironic that Bell Atlantic had gotten the approval to do LD and then those stories popped up. -MikeM(From Florida)
