There aren't "good" drugs and "bad" drugs- there are just drugs- and I think if you get off the high emotion band wagon and back to reality city you can see clearly that criminalizing some drugs is just wasteful and cruel. Decriminalization, and treatment for anyone who wants it- that's the humane and (probably) the cheaper way to go.

Still have to protect minors- as you would with alcohol or any other LEGAL drug- and you've got to protect fetuses, too expensive to have lots of damaged fetuses born which turn into damaged people.
