Somewhat more complicated evaluation than just a BOE. Quite right a valuation on reserves matters, prospective properties matters, cash on hand, Long Term Debt, etc. all can make quite a difference. Quality of crude and gas as well, is it sweet gas or does it need to be scrubbed and so on and so on.

It was however, still a very interesting perspective on things.
