I stopped by the Valencia store at lunchtime today. The set-up is great, lot sof big windows, large TV by the bar. Yopu can see the whole restaurant from anywhere youstand, which should be good for the staff to provie good service. Paul Motenko was there keeping an eye on things, and apparently the first few days of operation have been extremely busy. I had long thought this location could be among the company's best--the spot is just perfect. I amlooking forward to this years series of new openings piling on the revs and hoepfully profits as well.
