How can you stay long MSFT when they have been found to be in violation of one of the most severe infraction sin business, the Sherman Anti Trust Act. Furthermore I do not see iMO how anybody can believe that they are innovators. This case has proven that they are stiflers of innovation and competition. They will have to settle when the damage suits add up. And I believe they will shortly. IMO there will be a steady stream of bad news coming out , namely: the punishment in an expidited ruling; the damage suits; the possibility of witheld contracts for their technolgy due to uncertainty of the legal quagmire. MSFT would help itself greatly by settling this thing, take a little "hit" now then reform themselves. Good luck if you remain long!
