John-- I suspect the law has become obsolete,, the judge can not do his job and be vindictive at the same time. Why him? It could have been an exciting case had he no been so prejudiced. He USED Posner in attempt to look fair after he loaded the DOJs side with 19 dwarfs. Posner did not fail a settlement,, he failed to overcome the loaded dice thrown by Jackson..
