Haven't tried to use their software yet. I am in this for the "box" software only, being that it is unique, and they hold patents for it. The "box" software at this point would be for broadcasters to supply interactive TV. I am hoping the NAB scores them some good coverage, and I too can recoup my "net loss" position on this stock. As for products being difficult to use, I can't say that it is a unique dilemma. I currently own Track Data stocks, and haven't been able to use their software yet without my computer wanting to crash! Why would I own a stock when I can't even use the product you say? Money. It all boils down to money.
