V G -- Yes-- he is trying to bypass the DC Appelate Court where MSFT has never received a bad or adverse decision. Agreed, it will not be dismissed but do not believe Jackson is now silly enough to order a breakup. I think they can see a much lighter punishment. If they are good and the Court reasonable we will see a fine, a VERY large one to be distributed to the states and a ruling eliminating farther suits. CASE CLOSED. Actually those jurors would not be required if Jackson was not on the same level as OJ-- just not as good an actor...
