It could be because rslc may sell this off and he wants to go back to rslc and work in a regular telecom environment that he knows and is used to. When he left, there was a provision for him to come back. Quite probably he was asked to get this ipo off the ground and make it a success with the promise he could come back. This is only my conjecture.
