Semi Bull, great info -- thank you.

I'm confused nevertheless (it's who I am and what I do <g>)-- CFM's press release made no mention (that I caught, anyway) about appealing the summary judgement. It seemed only to suggest that they expect to prevail on the remaining, unresolved patent infringement claim.

My Latin is poor too -- but I assume de novo means the case basically begins from scratch if accepted for appeal?
