Do you realize, Quincy, just how stupid you sounded? Do you even know how to read? Harris and IDC are both using the same law firm against Ericsson. Fulbright & Jaworski just won the Markman proceeding phase against Ericsson which means that their claim construction will be presented to the jury. The Markman proceeding of IDC vs ERICY is still ongoing. Do you even know what a Markman proceeding is? I don't think so because while deterministic in some instances, in no way does it guarantee a victory in the jury trial phase of this lawsuit so why would I even try to use that to project anything other than optimism over the course of the litigation.

See how stupid you sounded in your rush to defend the indefensible comment by your beloved Qualcommer. By the way, I would be interested in seeing your response to Ruffie's unwarranted accusation of racism (anti-semitism, anti-asian) against Nokia. As I recall your other emotional outbursts, you truly believe that QCOM is the only source of CDMA technology and is truly the only company that can play the patent-one-patent-all game. That is why any point of view that doesn't support your fantastic scenarios built upon that cherised assumption is regularly attacked.

The garbage you Qualcommers deposit on the Nokia board! LOL
