INCA and BTRD direct are both unavailable. When I want to trade against Instinet, I have to preference
it with Selectnet which is a bit slower and costs an extra buck. I do recall reading a post in which someone
claimed that Instinet liquidity is accessible indirectly thru the REDI book. I have not been able to confirm this.
If true, it would mean that, when you see INCA at the best price, you could hit REDI for those shares and pay
only 0.002/sh instead of the expensive 0.015/sh Instinet fee.

From my understanding of Cyber's prior statements on this matter, Instinet Direct, whenever it becomes available
will be limited to liquidity removal, i.e. we will only be able to trade against what is being currently being displayed,
but we will not be able to add our own orders to the Instinet limit book ("add liquidity").
