I don't mean IQ or even intelligence when I say smart and idiot. I am using a measure that is at once more common-sense and harder to define. Those who lose control or get caught or are even just plain unlucky - are idiots. Those who retain discretion, control etc. are the smart ones. Counting them is kind of difficult on account of they're smart.
