Leigh,

The .63 offering certainly narrowed the spread, it was .70 prior to that. The market depth has varied considerably from day-to-day, so its difficult to know what is behind it all - obviously weaker oil prices and the overall market turmoil has slowed the buying interest. But with anticipation of good financials, a financing for Stratic's Egyptian deal, new well production as of April 1, average $25 US oil price in 2000, results from first quarter 2000 exploration, etc., one should only see positive news coming over the next several weeks. What is required now is a steady stream of good news and the associated buying we hope to see as a result of that news.
