I have a large position in SUNW and ORCL, however, did once have a large position in MSFT over 4 years ago when I got into SUNW. I missed the huge run up in MSFT over those years, however, I was able to build up quite a large number of shares in SUNW which split three times. I respect your opinion that MSFT will bounce up from here, but I ask, what is the basis of your opinion? How do you figure the bounce will occur in light of a litany of bad news from now until this thing is resolved.

The market hates uncertainty. This situation breeds uncertainty since the outcome is in doubt. Gates is a good talker but he is talking nonsense if he ignores the very well thought out case which MSFT lost. So, do I feel MSFT is a buy? Not here, I feel the price will steadily drop to the high 50's unless the company cuts its losses and settles IMO.
