Very well, Bill Gates does not deserve my applause. Shall I then cancel the statue of him I have just commissioned to adorn an honored place on my front lawn?

C'mon, Edwarda. The man is today's Hank Reardon. It was his competitors that couldn't compete successfully against him that wheedled the "Justice" Department to prosecute him.

Remember Reardon Steel... Reardon Life? This is Gates' Microsoft... Gates' Life.

The federal government feels threatened by too much private success and has appointed enough sleazy judges to be able to pull them out on short notice and seat them behind the bench to nod sagely and spit out the federal power agendas of insinuation, incrimination and intimidation. They do the bidding of their puppet masters, like the good hand-puppets they are; they dutifully follow the intricate dance choreographed by weasel attorneys and second-handers.

Didn't work against Gates. The last time I saw a businessman with his guts was Howard Hughes versus Congress.

I don't even believe the Sherman Anti-trust Act should exist, let alone using it to "punish" Microsoft and Bill Gates, or any other business or individual.

The only real monopoly here is the federal government!!!
