"The latest results included payroll taxes of $6.4 million," Does anyone know how much payroll that $6.4 mil tax represents? Isn't it in the neighborhood of 10 to 13%? If so, then aren't we talking about $65 mil ish in payroll expense not expensed against the pre-tax "non pro-forma" $79 mil (adding back in goodwill as a favor) operating income?
