My basis is that the negative news was already known before the ruling--the 92 price factored a bad verdict in. I would have expect shorting going on as it went down. Now we are probably at a bottom. MSFT also buys back shares at this price, if I recall correctly. I think it is a quick stock or short term options trade (April 90 calls) and then wait it out until after remedy phase. Remember the Naz has already been hit.

I don't see a steady decline down to 70s, 60s or 50s.
This company can do so much if they wanted to keep the stock price up such as spinning some more units, such as MSN or maybe even Windows-consumer version. Then spin off the rest of its majority position to shareholders of the IPO.Then there is tracking stocks..

I don't think it will come to that but it is always an option--to sort of break up the company. <ggg>
