I'm not exactly sure how I offended you. I assure that was never my intention. In the post to which I'm responding you say

"why do you assume nobody reads elsewhere?"

While in the post to which you were responding I said

"Moreover, many here not only lurk elsewhere but also post widely."

Since I have seen your posts on a number of other threads, I can personally attest that you "get around". So I'm not quite sure what the problem is. The sole purpose in that part of my post was to encourage exploration by any (especially newbies) who might be unaware of the rich and varied resource that SI is. However apparently my choice of words was imperfect for the result was not as I intended. Sorry to have aroused your ire.
