Rockage, Lexar Media may have to resort to new tactics to get the IPO off the ground. They may decide to put a favorable "spin" on Judge Breyer's decision. Maybe they could start the SEC filing out like this... Lexar Media, a privately held, wholly-owned subsidiary of the NASDAQ hi-flyer, SanDisk Corporation, will be issuing... Just a thought. Ausdauer
