this is exactly what I witnessed today, this am, in Chat and seem to experienced myself all to often now , in the AM.....and many times at
the EOD's it seems....perfectly willing to be more patient than he perhaps, to accept any comments, suggestions, disclosures you care to make?

Since you are a rep of sorts for TRAC , you have an obligation to address these issues , if they are real..... for all the users and potential users of TRAC.
To keep us informed on a timely basis as to the nature of these AM data/order flow
problems, if they are real, and how they are being delt with....all on a timely
basis.
The PR's are nice...how about going a little deeper into
these issues with us , who are clients of TRAC, and have
no other reason for posting here , other than to see the service
improve?
