Yaacov. I watched Bill Gates some more on TV. When he was visiting the Congress on Wednesday, Republicans and Democrats seemed to welcome him warmly. I guess they are all using his windows. gg. One Republican Senator from Texas went as far as telling Bill Gates to keep on appealing, appealing and appealing some more. About this fast track of the remedy phase. It was mentioned in the meantime on TV, supposedly from Prosecution sources, that Msft agreed to the fast track remedy phase in order to be able to appeal to the District Court. They have always ruled in favor of Msft. The source supposedly said: Had Msft not agreed to this fast track phase, the Judge would have tried to go directly to the Supreme Court and one never knows if they would take the case or send it back to the lower court. In any case, Msft wants to opt for the District Court first. All this could take a while. Do you want this for trading purposes only or are you holding some Msft for the long term? Hope this helps.
