I wonder if *WE (SUNW shareholders) can be a part of a class action suit against M$?

Now you're talking, JC. But my long years of experience sitting on my ass watching TV has taught me that if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself.

Forget the "part of" part. I think that the SI SUNW thread should bring its own class action suit. We've got plenty of damages that need recovering. Take me, for example. The last time SUNW lapped MSFT's stock price, I was edged out by JavaGuy by one day. I'm convinced that my loss was was caused mostly by MSFT's anticompetitive business practices. I'm sure we can all supply examples of similar recoverable damages. We've got the legal talent on the thread to handle the litigation, and certainly the money to see it through.

I think we ought to strike while the iron is hot. WHO STANDS WITH ME AGAINST THE EVIL EMPIRE????

Now excuse me, "Felicity" is on.
