Have talked to many soldiers
from the 1AD, 1ID, that have been deployed in Kosovo, Tuzla,
and Bosnia, etc., and have yet to run into one that has heard of FCM or services. Ready for another, under 2, and ready for the next 50-70% P/D. If there is one.
