Hi Susan,
It's worse than that. Of the possible 0.22 per share, the lawyers are putting in a claim for at least 0.13 per share. I didn't see how 1/3 + 180k turned out to be over half of the settlement. This seems a bit extreme to me, I hope the judge threw the book at them on Monday.

BTW, did anyone hear how the settlement hearing went on Monday? The judge was supposed to give the thumbs up or down, and the only thing I saw was the stock price decline 25% in 2 days.
