Dear nihil: Frankly, what you say makes a lot of sense, except that I have to imagin that Judge Jackson knows what he is doing and surely had some private discussions before taking the step he did. Perhaps, they will argue its operating system is so pervasive in our society that it effects the vast majority of citizens or something like that to require the Supreme Court involvement. JDN
