MPS on ER tonight: mpssociety.org I attended their presentation in Jan'00 and was very impressed with the dramatic improvement shown by the Phase III trial participants. These kids and their families went from having no hope whatsoever and watching a chronic debilitating fatal disease get worse everyday to seeing improvement everyday. The video tape they showed of the MPS I kids made it very clear they have an efficacious treatment. In comparing the numbers for GENZ's Cerazyme vs BMRN's Aldurazyme it looks to me like BMRN will be a triple digit stock by next year.
