Signal Technology's Stock to Begin Trading On the Nasdaq

DANVERS, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 6, 2000--Signal Technology Corporation (AMEX: STZ) today announced that its stock will commence trading on the Nasdaq National Stock Market under its new symbol, "STCO" on Friday, April 7. Signal's stock has been trading on the American Stock Exchange under the symbol, "STZ."

George Lombard, Signal Technology's chairman and chief executive officer, commented, "Having our stock traded on the Nasdaq is an important achievement for Signal.
