Sight Resource Obtains Waiver From Senior Lender
Form 10-K Filed On March 31, 2000
HOLLISTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 6, 2000--SIGHT RESOURCE CORPORATION (NASDAQ:VISN - news), a leading provider of primary eye care products, services and managed vision care programs, today announced that the Company has obtained a waiver from its senior lender regarding existing bank covenants for the fiscal year ended December 25, 1999. Covenants have also been amended for 2000 and the Company's line of credit has been modified and extended to March 31, 2001.

The Company also stated that it filed Form 10-K on Friday, March 31st.
