The stock would not go below $84 on April 4th. This level coincides with the Fall bottom in this stock. I saw a basing action yesterday that was encouraging. The bad news is out. Oh, sure there is risk. But this is not a static situation. As times change, so will the business of MSFT. And as times change, so might the forecasted disposition of this lawsuit. At this price, it seems to have discounted a bad scenario. But you could not take it lower on April 4th. Good risk/ reward going forward.
