Cool Entertainment Inc. Signs Agreement with Digital Content Provider ?amplified.com
BELLEVUE, Wash., April 6 -- Cool Entertainment Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: CULE), announced today that it has signed an agreement with amplified.com, the world's leading online business-to-business fulfillment service for music and video products. Per the terms of the agreement, amplified.com is providing Cool Entertainment with thousands of licensed digital music tracks, digital rights management and the digital media technology required to deliver both digital downloads and custom compilations to Cool Entertainment?s users.
Clement Lau, President of Cool Entertainment, Inc., said, "Our alliance with amplified.com will assist us in ensuring that digital downloads are available on the Cool Entertainment site by June 1."
