If and that is a big " IF " the politicians get off their duff a capital gains reduction below 20 % would be a boom to small cap markets in general since the majority of gains are realized in price appreciation rather than dividends as in the Dow stocks. The overall micros have been in the funk since last May and hopefully we might see a turn-around in the not too distant future &&&....cheers ps....German Health Officials are now mandating that all pre-natal work-ups include Clammy screen.
