To all: Guilty until proven innocent?? Guilt by innuendo, by rumors, by half truths? I thought our system ran on the principal of innocent until proven guilty. An indictment does not mean that the party indicted is guilty (yes many are, but not all and many found innocent were done so not due to technical factors). I guess that many on this thread believe that the state of Tenn. has never screwed up. Most of the people on this thread have assumed that any and all of the negative information about Mohamed is true. I do not know what is true or what is false and I doubt if most (any) here know either. I do find it interesting that Mohamed came back to the US and that he is apparently preparing to go to court. I know that if I committed a scam of the extent that has been proposed here and a state took over my company and the SEC became involved, I certainly wouldn't come back into the US. In the old west many of on this thread would be in a lynch mob whenever someone was accused without waiting for proof. Bob
