I have provided the reference. Yes, it is a book and not an URL. I prefer it that way, as the Web is more or less a clearinghouse of nonsense. Fisher Black's speech, as quoted in the book, was in a peer-reviewed conference, AFAIR.
Anyway, I do not have an URL. But you may find the book (inexpensive, if you give me your address/email I will give it to you as a gift) thought-provoking.
So, still no comments about inches and centimeters, eh!? You know, lately , this seems to be a pattern: you start by showing confidence in JR's reputation, then suddenly lose interest from lack of data on your part; then move over to criticizing my lack of knowledge of risk models, and go silent when I express my expectation of a good fiduciary agent to provide market-standard benchmarks for that purpose. And now, you prefer URL's over printed materials. ;-)
