Radar Acquisitions Corp.- RAC-CDNX announces that the State of Colorado has granted to the company?s wholly owned subsidiary River Bend Exploration Inc. the coal mineral rights for approximately 5822 Acres including part of the area containing the titanium heavy mineral deposit explored by Radar.

The coal leases were granted to Radar in consideration of a nominal lease payment, the acknowledgement of advancements that Radar has made in development of the titanium heavy minerals project and the recognition that the coal seams overlie part of the heavy mineral deposit and therefore would be best developed in a combined project.

A large scale Pre-feasibility study, completed by a private land owner, on the coal seams on the State Leases and on adjoining private land was completed in the 1980?s and indicated that the seams of coal in the Laramie formation are extensive, outcrop in several locations, overlie part of the heavy mineral deposit and are a low sulfur lignite that could be used for electrical power generation. This Pre-feasibility study is being reviewed to determine the extent of the resources on State Leases acquired and the extent on private lands and the potential for Radar to acquire additional coal mineral rights.

Radar is continuing with its detailed evaluation of the titanium heavy mineral project and the addition of coal rights adds significantly to the potential of the project.
