ROSWELL, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 28, 1997--DelSoft Consulting Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DSFT) is pleased to announce that effective today its shares are trading on the OTC Bulletin Board.

DelSoft Consulting is a systems integration, software engineering and software development firm that specializes in software applications in the financial services, insurance, manufacturing, education and transportation industries.

The company has formed a strategic partnership with Sterling Software (NYSE:SSW) to address "Year 2000" and other computer application mega-maintenance projects. Sterling Software, with sales in excess of $700 million in 1996, is one of the nationFs largest software producers, with products ranging from client/server applications to mainframe design tools. This partnership will enable DelSoft Consulting to advertise, market and provide consultants in tandem with Sterling Software on an array of "Year 2000" solutions. Most recently, DelSoft Consulting has applied for a patent on a unique solution to the "Year 2000" computer problem employing its proprietary "Year 2000 Hyperdating Methodology."

For the nine month period ended March 31, 1997, DelSoft Consulting recorded total revenues of approximately $4,000,000 and pre-tax income of approximately $300,000. Since the company incorporated in the state of Georgia in July 1996, comparable figures from the previous year are unavailable. The company has approximately 10 million shares outstanding with an estimated float of 1.4 million shares.
