Phil TDC plans to be very active this year. It is unfortunate that there has been no resolution in Mongolia, but having made two trips in 1998 to try to assist in a sale of our partners' interest, we feel it's time for them to come to us. I don't know what will induce them to proceed, whether an increase or decrease in the POG will induce movement or not is anyones' guess. TDC is focused on the exploration and development of world-class targets, and feels it has one at Russell Lake. Additionally, its partner on the Longtom Property, Alberta Star Mining Corp had a very positive release out last week. The new involvement of a major mining company in an area that we have significant land holdings should be viewed positively; kind of a vindication of our thoughts and views. We hope to have more projects and more news later this year, and will always keep our eyes open for properties that meet our requirements. Dave
