International Brooks Petroleum (IBP.V) taking off. Currently $0.50 x $0.53 Canadian. Traded on Canadian Venture Exchange. About to commence operations on a well in Louisiana, proven oil and natural gas reserves. Testing apparently coming back better than expected. Should know some specifics in the next couple of weeks. Major buying the last couple of days, so somebody knows something.
