Triden Telecom To Establish Texas Subsidiary
TYLER, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 6, 2000--Robert S. Hardy, CEO of Triden Telecom (OTCBB:TRIT - news), announced today the intent to establish a new subsidiary corporation for the acquisition of operating Telecom companies in Texas. Mr. Ron Blakely, currently president and CEO of a Texas based telecom company, will be the new President of the Texas subsidiary.
The new subsidiary, management believes, is a major step toward providing value for the company, its shareholders and the completion of other acquisitions.
