Stock Bull,

Mikey is in a bind. He can't go after high end boxes until Intel gives him some ammo in the form of Itanium. If he wants to go after EMC in the high growth storage area, again, more R&D. If he wants to sell 'internet packages' ala IBM, again, more sales reps and by the way, how about hiring those squads of consultants. He is trying via the new deal with Arthur Anderson, but they get a cut and hell, they have a hard enough time holding on to their own tech staff due to the silicon valley .Com brain drain.
