Dear Edwarda: I have been in this stock a long time and my memory is that qtrs always have been backloaded. Presuming the Airbus and other large deals didnt close but WILL close in the future, I look at that now as a plus. We took the hit for them not closing, maybe we get some back when they do. Now, if the business is just plain GONE that is something else again. If revenue comes in as the projected but its rising and outlook looks good perhaps we will get back to the 20's by the end of the Calendar Year. In any event, I dont need the money now, and believe that I will just ride with this stock and make my decision closer to year end. If prospects look good, I will likely stay, if they continue bad, I'll take my tax loss. I really dont see this stock as having much downside risk anymore, at least for now. There is ALWAYS the outside possability that the Y2K thing which probably ruined the last qtr had some runover into this one. JDN
