Duke- Thanks. Wasn't sure of the year but I do remember the price $45. It was a relentless downward spiral. Kept telling friends who held IBM to jump on MSFT. They held on to their IBM and did very well eventually. Something to remember if this Microsoft business gets out of hand. Harvey
