Jeffrey, thanks for your post. Your assessment of senior mgt appears (sadly) quite correct. Maybe the way to play this is to sell and later buy back on the news of a mgt change. There are two VCs on the board; surely they are more than a little POd about last twelve months...? If I join you in the tax loss department I'll let you know. I am especially disgusted, because I am acutely aware they have a golden goose (Monarch) which they appear to be squandering. Mike
